Product Safety & Warranty
- All toys meet ASTM F963 safety standards and are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 60 days from delivery.
- Defects include broken parts, loose components, or non-functioning mechanisms (normal wear excluded).
Delivery
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS Priority Mail (U.S. only).
- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 days via FedEx Express ($15 additional fee).
- Tracking info sent via email upon shipment.
Limitation of Liability
NOISPALY LLC is not liable for delays from carriers or damages from improper use (e.g., misuse by children under recommended age). Maximum liability per claim equals the purchase price.
