Overview
NOISPALY LLC offers a 28-day refund window for unused, unopened educational toys purchased from noispaly.shop. Returns submitted more than 28 days after delivery are ineligible for a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a refund, your item must:
- Remain unused, with original tags and packaging (seals intact).
- Be accompanied by a valid order receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Opened packages, missing pieces, or toys showing signs of wear (e.g., teeth marks, scuffs).
- Items returned after 28 days of delivery.
- Customized or personalized products (if applicable).
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds (up to 50% of the purchase price) may be granted for:
- Items with minor defects not reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Returns received 29–30 days after delivery, at our discretion.

- Inspection & Approval: We will inspect returns within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
- Damaged Upon Arrival: If an item arrives damaged (e.g., broken pieces, torn packaging), contact us within 48 hours with photos for a full refund or free replacement (we cover shipping).
Lost Returns
For orders over $50, we recommend using tracked shipping or insurance. NOISPALY LLC is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
Exchanges
Exchanges for unopened, standard items are available (subject to stock availability). Email toy@noispaly.shop to initiate an exchange, including your order details and desired replacement.
Sale Items
Discounted items (marked “Sale”) are final sale and ineligible for return.
