Processing & Delivery

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Standard Shipping:
    • 3–7 days (USPS Priority Mail).
    • Free for orders $75+; $5.99 fee for orders under $75.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • 1–2 days (FedEx Express).
    • $15 flat fee, available at checkout.
  • Tracking: All orders include a unique tracking number via confirmation email.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Ships to all 50 U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  • PO Boxes accepted for standard shipping (expedited requires street address).
  • No international shipping currently offered.

Address Changes

Request address changes within 12 hours of ordering. Changes after this period cannot be guaranteed.

Lost/Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery for re-ship or refund.
  • Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours with photos for replacement or full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless due to our error.
  • Use trackable shipping for returns; we are not liable for lost packages.
